Full/Part Time Programmes


We refer to our teachers as key person as their expertise in the field of a child’s development is phenomenal. We ensure that our key persons are well qualified, CRB/DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and certified in the area of Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid.
Here are the minimum qualifications /requirements you must possess if you are interested in working with us at a teaching position.


  • NVQ Level 2
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage 2012
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a nursery or a similar setting


Once your CV has been furnished, you will then be invited for an interview at our relevant branch where competency based and technical questions will be asked. We will communicate the result of the interview within a period of 5 to 10 days after the date of the interview.
Upon securing a position you will undergo 6 months of probation period supervised closely by the nursery manager. You will be made permanent after successful completion of the probation period. Our managers possess leadership qualities, vast experience and skill set that will help you groom in your chosen field of childcare and provide all the support you need in your daily tasks.
